BIOGRAPHY & PRESS
Alex R. London is the author of The Armean Journals fantasy series, the science fiction novel "Dearest Astra", and the novelette "Comfort and Apathy from the Dark". His combined works have sold over 1,000 copies. He holds semimonthly book signings in the Austin, TX area and has been a participant in Texas Author Con (2024, 2025).
“The Stranger’s Orphan”, the first entry in The Armean Journals, was originally released during London’s senior year of high school (2018), but the updated 5th anniversary edition was released in 2023 with new artwork and improved formatting. Subsequent entries in the series include “The Desert’s Son” (2020), “The Winter’s Dance” (2022), and “The Heritor’s Willow” (2024).
“Dearest Astra” (2021), a standalone novel, is London’s first foray into the science fiction genre.
“Comfort and Apathy from the Dark” (2025) is a novelette written as a birthday present for his partner, Grayson, and shares its setting with his upcoming series, Children of Ouroboros.

BOOK PEOPLE
On April 28th, 2025, my work was made available for purchase at Book People, the largest local bookstore in Texas. Signed copies of "The Stranger's Orphan", Book 1 of The Armean Journals, are available in the store.
As of 2026, signed copies of "The Desert's Son" and "The Winter's Dance", Books 2 & 3 of The Armean Journals, are also available at Book People.

Current Projects
Hallowed Children
Separate from my previous works, I am crafting a 1st person, fantasy mystery novel. It will be set entirely in a single city and consist of three sections. There will be twenty chapters in total. I plan to submit this story to traditional publishing companies, unlike The Armean Journals.
Update 6/7/2022
Part one of three is complete, totaling eight chapters. It is entitled "Lord and Lady".
Update 12/13/2022
The story is completed, totaling 20 chapters and 83k words. It has been titled "Hallowed Children". I am now editing it once more before sending to publishers.

I am still seeking a publisher for this story! It has gone through a few revisions, and I believe it is deserving of a traditional
publication, but if I cannot manage that before the end of 2025, I will release this as self-published.

Update 8/13/2026
Following the completion of "The Outcast's Home", I will be returning to "Hallowed Children". I plan to do another basic
revision, possibly adding a chapter or two, and then will publish the book. This will be published in 2027, and I will be
publishing through a new service.
The Outcast's Home
The 5th and final book in The Armean Journals! This will be released in 2026. No further details are available at this time, but I am thrilled to be working on the grand finale!

I'm making steady progress on the grand conclusion. I'm almost 1/3rd of the way finished, and once I hit 1/2, I plan to reach out
to Chiara N. Monaco about the book's illustrations.

The Outcast's Home is halfway done! I'm still on schedule for a late 2026 release.
Update 8/13/2026
The Outcast's Home is nearly complete!! 8 chapters left. I'm estimating a November release, at this time. Editing is under way, and I've recently completed the longest (and best?) chapter of my authorial career.
